CHURCH Gift Planning Solutions

What to Give

Maximizing your gifts for Kingdom expansion is quick, easy, and accessible through non-cash donations of assets. You don’t have to be wealthy to consider a gift plan that includes non-cash donations.

How to Give

95% of a persons wealth is not found in their checking account – gifts of non-cash assets can be much more sustainable and valuable to the Kingdom. We can walk you through what a Gift Plan looks like and how you can take advantage of these types of offerings.

Why to Give

Gift Planning enhances ministry potential exponentially and gives you the opportunity to realize tax-savings and passive income. Your generosity will have a greater Kingdom impact through non-cash gifts of assets. Provide for the Kingdom, provide for your family, and build a legacy.

Stock

As an alternative to giving cash many people prefer to give stock or bonds that have appreciated.  Rather than selling the asset, giving it to CHURCH allows you to eliminate possible taxes.

Retirement

Giving all or a portion of an IRA, 401(k), 403(b), pension or other tax-deferred plans is a great way to reduce taxes that normally would be passed on to your heirs. This type of gift typically will not affecting income.

Charitable Trust

Generosity 101 is about careful planning that seeks to reduce or eliminate income, capital gains, as well as estate taxes.  If you don’t have a plan, we can help you and if you do let our team of charitable tax attorney’s review it with you and your advisors.

Charitable Pooled Trust

Most trusts are created by you, the giver, and require both costs to set them up and to maintain them.  However, a Charitable Pooled Trust is a trust that is created by CHURCH.  It is ideal for people who would like to receive income for life.

Donor Advised Fund

A Donor Advised Fund or DAF is a ‘charitable checking account’ of sorts.  You give or ‘fund’ the account using appreciated assets, receive the charitable deduction for the current tax year, then decide when and to whom to make the grant (gift).
